Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care at our adolescent and young adult outpatient treatment center. Your responsibilities will include:

- Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling tailored to client needs, focusing on exploration of thoughts and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
In recognition of your contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually.
