Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of nursing professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation's mission

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and respect among the nursing team and with patients and families

• Monitor and report on nursing metrics, including patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role

• Current VT RN licensure

• BSN or higher degree in Nursing or related field

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
