Pay: $20 – $22/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift

We're hiring Electromechanical Assemblers for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in West Boylston, MA!
If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and putting things together, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills in manufacturing. You'll help build electrical panels, boxes, and mechanical components using hand tools, wiring diagrams, and step-by-step instructions.
You don't need an electrical background to get started. We're looking for dependable individuals with mechanical aptitude who are comfortable working with tools and eager to learn.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Pay: $20 – $22/hour
What You'll Do
- Assemble electrical panels, boxes, and mechanical components
- Use hand tools and power tools to install and secure parts
- Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Identify parts and materials needed for each assembly
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
- Work with a small production team to meet daily goals
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED with relevant experience
- Basic experience or familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or general assembly
- Familiarity with blueprints, wiring diagrams, or assembly instructions
- Technical or vocational training
