Your impact
From the first toolpath to final inspection, you will shape how parts are made. You will align teams, tune machines, and turn performance data into better outcomes—while guiding newer teammates to grow their skills.
Role focus
- Program: Design, validate, and optimize CNC programs for multiple machining operations.
- Run: Set up fixtures and tooling, establish offsets, and operate CNC equipment to confirm process capability.
- Improve: Review production data to reduce cycle time, boost quality, and enhance consistency.
- Maintain: Perform regular maintenance and calibration to preserve machine accuracy.
- Protect: Champion safety practices and strict quality control.
- Develop: Provide training and day‑to‑day support to junior team members in programming and operations.
- Collaborate: Work with production to investigate and resolve machining challenges quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated CNC programming and machining experience.
- Fluency with CAD/CAM software and understanding of CNC machine functionality.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of machining safety standards and best practices.
