About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our dedicated care team. As a CNA with The Grove at Carvalho, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your primary duties will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team

Providing emotional support and promoting a positive patient experience

Maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care by implementing safe and effective care practices

Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities
Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and sizes
