Job DescriptionJob Title: Electromechanical Manufacturing TechnicianPay: $22.00 - $24.00 Monday - Friday6 am -2:30 pmOverviewThe Electromechanical Manufacturing Technician supports daily production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronics assembly equipment while also assisting with productlevel troubleshooting. This role blends mechanical, electrical, and electronicsmanufacturing expertise, including SMT, reflow, and throughhole processes. The Technician works closely with Production, Engineering, and external vendors to ensure equipment uptime, product quality, and smooth manufacturing flow.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronics assembly equipment including SMT machines, reflow ovens, throughhole soldering stations, and PCB assembly tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inhouse calibration, and daily equipment checks to ensure reliable operation.
• Identify equipment and process issues as they occur and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Track equipment uptime, performance trends, and recurring issues.

Production & Process Support

• Support daily manufacturing operations to keep product flowing efficiently.
• Assist with product troubleshooting and failure analysis when needed.
• Work from electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly drawings, and process instructions to understand equipment and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Suggest improvements to enhance manufacturing flow, safety, and equipment reliability.
