Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to oversee daily clinical activities, coordinate staff responsibilities, and ensure smooth patient flow within a medical practice.

Salary: $40.00–$46.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily activities of clinical support staff to ensure efficient office operations and smooth patient flow.
Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate clinical coverage during office hours.
Train clinical support staff on office policies, procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and other clinical protocols.
Assist with patient appointments, telephone inquiries, patient checkouts, and medical record management.
Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to develop and maintain clinical office policies and procedures.
Facilitate effective communication between physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
Participate in staff recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluations, and delegation of clinical responsibilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program – Required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting – Required.
Active RN or LPN state license – Required.
New Hampshire state licensure required; license reciprocity or license-eligible candidates may receive special consideration.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Previous experience supervising, training, or coordinating clinical staff is highly preferred.
Direct medical office experience is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information.
Ability to manage stressful situations professionally while maintaining a positive and compassionate attitude.
Must be comfortable performing hands-on clinical duties and supporting different clinical functions.
