Job Description Aerospace Machine Operator Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Saturday OT: Approximately 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Location: Holyoke, MA Job Summary Seeking a dependable individual to work in our machine shop within the aerospace division. This position focuses on operating machinery, handling materials, and producing aerospace parts while following safety and production procedures. Please note: On some Fridays, employees may also be asked to assist with general cleaning and housekeeping duties in the shop. Responsibilities

Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Shear, cut, and produce parts for aerospace applications.
Handle materials and assist with production processes.
Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production standards.
Maintain a clean and organized machine shop.
Assist with general shop cleaning and housekeeping as needed, including occasional Friday cleaning.
Perform material handling and other shop duties as needed.

Requirements

Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
Ability to learn and safely operate machinery.
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to assist with cleaning and general shop duties when needed.
