Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Agawam Rehab and Nursing | Agawam, MA $30–$33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a COTA at Agawam Rehab and Nursing. You'll help residents practice daily tasks in ways that fit their abilities, giving them opportunities to build skills and confidence throughout their recovery.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>
Carry out treatment plans created by a supervising Occupational Therapist
</li>
<li>
Work with residents on self-care, coordination, and functional activities
</li>
<li>
Observe what's working and share changes or concerns with the OT
</li>
<li>
Document treatment and collaborate with the care team
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
