Pay: $20.00 to $32.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Randolph, MA
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed

Molloy Lawn & Landscape is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team and help us deliver high-quality landscape maintenance to our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work alongside your Crew Leader to complete landscape maintenance services
• Help maintain healthy, attractive landscapes for our clients
• Operate landscape equipment safely and properly
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Pay close attention to detail and the quality of completed work
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Learn and develop your landscape maintenance skills as part of the Molloy team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic English
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work weekends and during peak seasons as needed
• Reliable and quality-driven approach to work
Preferred:
• Previous landscape maintenance experience
• Experience using landscape maintenance equipment
• Experience driving a truck and trailer
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is ready to learn and grow.
