Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required (or associate’s degree for SLPAs)
Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility in process
State licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or SLPA)
Experience in school-based settings, with K-12 caseloads, preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
Passion for fostering student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with educators, specialists, and family members to support student learning
Document student progress, maintain records, and complete required reports
Offer consultations and training to school staff and caregivers
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise
