Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP License, with certification in Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- MA Department of Education educator certification required
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging with students across various age groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services onsite to students, fostering communication growth
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders within the educational context
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to create and implement effective therapy plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering professional input and supporting student goals
