At New Patterns ABA – where every voice is heard as we work together to discover each individual’s potential with compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy – we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team!
About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician (BT) with New Patterns ABA – MA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will enable you to design and implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with families, clinicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in a clinic or in-home setting

Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:

0 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy (training provided)

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
