Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering trust while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when necessary.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical notes and progress reports for all clients.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
- Facilitate individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and support professional development.

Qualifications\n
