Take your expertise as a BCBA/Autism Specialist to the next level during the 2026–2027 school year by supporting students and staff across four school sites in a rewarding, full-time onsite contract role. This opportunity involves serving as a valuable behavior consultant, conducting FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments), developing and monitoring BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans), and offering hands-on coaching for teachers and paraprofessionals working with students with autism.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification (include a screenshot of your certification upon application)
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist role preferred
- Ability to conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop effective BIPs
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring classroom staff in behavioral strategies
- Familiarity with supporting autism classrooms and collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check
- Reliable transportation needed for travel between multiple school locations
- Commitment to punctuality and professional communication, including timely notifications of absences
