Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Manage intravenous therapies and wound care.
- Ensure precise and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and revise individualized care plans.
- Facilitate safe transitions for residents.
- Provide guidance and support to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
