Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant educational environment near Salem, NH! Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are sought to deliver impactful speech and language services for the upcoming school year, starting September 3rd through June 17th. One role focuses on high school and some elementary students, and the other on a fully elementary caseload. Hours for the elementary school are 8:15 AM–2:50 PM, while the high school runs 7:30 AM–2:50 PM. Manage caseloads of approximately 40–50 students, making a meaningful difference in each child’s academic and personal growth.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP credentials required; CF candidates and SLPA applicants are not eligible
- Experience working within pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative interdisciplinary work
- Commitment to culturally responsive and age-appropriate practices
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Providing individualized and group speech/language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conducting evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Maintaining thorough documentation for therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offering support across different school levels (elementary or high school depending on your assignment)
- Taking an active part in IEP meetings and ongoing student planning
