Job DescriptionAssembler – 2nd Shift, Contract to Hire
The Assembler I position is located in Lawrence, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to innovation and quality in the manufacturing sector.
Shift of the Assembler:
2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Midnight
Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler:
$18/hr + 10% Shift Differential = $19.80/HR
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Follow methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Test equipment and products as required.
- Ensure quality and precision in all assembly tasks.
Qualifications of the Assembler:
- 0-1 year of related experience required.
- Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to workplace protocols.
