Schedule: Part and Full time with flexible Scheduling Options Available
Experience Level: 2–3+ years preferred (motivated new grads & early-career RDHs are encouraged to apply — we will train the right candidate!)

What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments, prophylactic cleanings, scaling and root planing, and topical fluoride applications.

Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality dental X-rays (licensed) and assist dentists during multi-step procedures.

Build Relationships & Trust: Create a warm, comfortable atmosphere for patients while educating them on lifelong oral health.

Keep Operations Seamless: Maintain pristine, organized treatment rooms and accurate, timely patient documentation.

Grow & Innovate: Stay current with the latest dental hygiene techniques, technologies, and clinical protocols.
What We’re Looking For

Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Vermont.

Skills & Mindset: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first heart.
