Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking a dedicated Assembly/Kitting professional to join their team. As an Assembly/Kitting associate, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient assembly and packaging of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will contribute to the success of the organization.
Job Title: Assembly/Kitting
Location: North Billerica, MA
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
- Gathering individual parts, foam pieces, or products and grouping them into specific sets or packages
- Checking materials for defects and ensuring counts match customer orders
- Sealing, boxing, and labeling finished kits safely for transport
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and following safety rules
- Involving taking raw material components (foam, bags, labels, work instructions, tape, etc.) and assembling them into finished products
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
