Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate, where you will play a key role in supporting various departments such as Sandblasting, Stringing/Racking, and Enamel/Epoxy production operations. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts for sandblasting operations and prepare products for finishing processes.
- Operate or assist with sandblasting equipment following established procedures and inspect parts for quality and surface finish requirements.
- String, rack, and organize parts prior to production processing, ensuring components are properly positioned for manufacturing and finishing operations.
- Support enamel and epoxy coating operations, monitor production activities, and perform visual inspections to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Follow written work instructions and work orders, maintain quality and productivity standards, and support multiple departments based on business needs.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail, keep workstations organized and clean, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Essential Skills
- Prior manufacturing, production, machine operating, metal finishing, or industrial experience preferred.
- Experience with sandblasting, polishing, grinding, or surface preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to read and understand work orders and production paperwork in English.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in small part assembly and using small hand tools.
- Polishing, sanding, deburring, and metal finishing skills are advantageous.
- The ability to read and write effectively in English.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment specializing in precision products and components. The role is based in Attleboro Falls, MA, with a 1st Shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Employees are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace while operating within a collaborative and supportive team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
