Position: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Franconia, NH

Assignment Length: 14 Weeks

Shift: Nights
-
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Responsibilities
-
Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
-
Active LPN License
-
Current BLS Certification
-
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
-
Strong communication and patient care skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
