Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring they meet each client's specific needs.
- Engage in regular consultation to develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory documentation standards and complete required paperwork within designated timeframes.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Serve as a professional liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, facilitating client access to necessary resources.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational mission and community needs.
- Network with various organizations at local, state, and federal levels to bolster program visibility and secure partnerships and potential funding sources.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences and workshops, along with participating in statewide discussions and task forces.
- Promote and actively embody the agency's mission, values, and principles throughout all levels of interaction.
- Perform any additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily focus on individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Compensation and Benefits\n
