- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Ability to adapt quickly in a float pool and acute care environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities\n

- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to MedSurg and Telemetry patients
- Monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
- Float as needed within the assigned facilities and nursing units
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional care
