The position is based onsite and aligns with the academic calendar, starting as soon as possible and concluding in June.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings
• Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic services to K-12 students, with a focus on younger grades
• Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about student communication development

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students, predominantly PreK–6th grade, as part of a collaborative team
• Conduct thorough evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, consult regularly with teachers and parents, and maintain comprehensive records
• Offer support and resources to school staff to promote language and speech development in the classroom
• Adjust interventions to fit a dynamic, supportive school environment
