Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler / Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating employee schedules while maintaining the accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of resident medical records.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time

  • Monday – Friday

  • Hourly Position

Compensation:

$22.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

Staffing & Scheduling

  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels

  • Coordinate shift coverage for call-offs and open shifts

  • Communicate scheduling updates with department managers and staff

  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with facility requirements

Medical Records

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential resident medical records

  • Process admissions, discharges, transfers, and record requests

  • Ensure medical records comply with federal, state, and facility regulations

  • Assist with record audits and survey preparation

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to ensure timely documentation

Qualifications:

  • Previous scheduling, staffing, medical records, or healthcare administrative experience preferred

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
