Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler / Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating employee schedules while maintaining the accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of resident medical records.

Compensation:
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
Staffing & Scheduling

Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels

Coordinate shift coverage for call-offs and open shifts
-
Communicate scheduling updates with department managers and staff

Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with facility requirements
Medical Records
-
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential resident medical records
-
Process admissions, discharges, transfers, and record requests
-
Ensure medical records comply with federal, state, and facility regulations
-
Assist with record audits and survey preparation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to ensure timely documentation
Qualifications:
-
Previous scheduling, staffing, medical records, or healthcare administrative experience preferred

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
