Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a long-term care travel assignment in Lyndonville, Vermont. Start date 09/14/2026 for Weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week across all shifts in a LTC - Nursing Home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,932 to $2,060. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor resident status (vital signs, pain, hydration, nutrition) and report changes promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility; promote safety and fall prevention.
- Document care accurately in the resident’s chart; communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Uphold infection control practices and resident rights; maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Requirements
- Active Vermont LPN license in good standing.
- LPN diploma or certificate.
- Prior long-term care experience preferred.
- Ability to work all shifts and meet the guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with basic electronic charting and documentation.
