SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in Norton, MA. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized support and quality care to clients in their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
