SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Burlington, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who can provide quality in-home support to clients. Both short- and long-hour shifts are available, with opportunities throughout the week.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support
-
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

Follow individualized care plans and client routines
-
Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
