Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks following established procedures and work instructions.
- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team production goals.
- Identify and report issues encountered during assembly processes.
- Follow standard processes and escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
- Maintain quality and consistency in all assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to exchange information and resolve basic issues.
Work Environment And Supervision:
- Work under general supervision with moderate guidance and peer review.
- Operate within defined procedures with some flexibility in task execution.
- Handle tasks that are moderately structured within established boundaries.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with 0–2 years of experience.
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify straightforward issues.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills for collaboration within the team.
- Developing technical and job-related knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and tasks.
