We’re seeking a mechanically inclined Tool Repair and Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate manual torque wrenches, as well as electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools and equipment in accordance with company procedures. You’ll also support shop operations, including maintenance, shipping/receiving, data entry, inventory control, and stocking parts. Training is provided; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and calibrate torque wrenches and electric/pneumatic/hydraulic tools
Perform functional tests; document results and maintain service records
Follow established operating and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized shop; manage parts inventory and stock levels
Process shipping/receiving; update work orders and data entries accurately
Communicate repair status and recommendations to customers and internal teams
Support occasional on-site service or pickups as needed
Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting mindset
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Clear, professional communication with customers and staff
Ability to lift/move tools and equipment as required
Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel occasionally
Calibration or tool repair experience is a plus; training provided
