Essential Qualifications:
- Certified or eligible for certification in General Education Teaching
- Background or experience in elementary education
- Adaptable to diverse classrooms and able to engage with mixed or single grade assignments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and individualized learning plans is a plus
