Special Education Teacher
September 2026 – June 2027
Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
Plaistow, NH
ProCare Therapy is seeking 1–2 Special Education Teachers to join a school team in Plaistow, New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. School-based experience is preferred, and this is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys collaboration and working directly with elementary students.
Position Highlights
1–2 Special Education Teachers needed
Full-time, 35 hours per week
September 2026 – June 2027
Elementary caseload
School experience preferred
School hours: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM
Position located at Sandown North
Primarily provide small-group instruction and/or co-teaching within the classroom
Collaborative environment working alongside general education teachers and school staff
What You’ll Do
Provide specialized instruction to elementary students based on their individual needs
Lead and support small-group instruction
Collaborate with general education teachers through a co-teaching model
Implement and support students' IEP goals
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
Work as part of a collaborative school-based team
Qualifications
Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
