Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN

Location: Hadley, MA

Company: Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care

Schedule: every weekend 7a-7p with one day per week on call

As a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients while leading our dedicated team of nursing professionals on weekends. As a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and care facility, Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall care experience

• Collaborate with other departments, including administration, therapy, and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that all patient needs are met, and concerns are addressed in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Registration with the Massachusetts Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation and care setting, with a focus on weekends

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
