Requirements

<li>Active Rhode Island CNA license required</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Compassionate, dependable, and professional</li>
<li>Ability to travel to client homes</li>
Job Responsibilities
<li>Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting</li>
<li>Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation</li>
<li>Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Remind clients to take medications as directed</li>
<li>Assist with errands and transportation when needed</li>
<li>Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor</li>
<li>Follow individualized care plans and agency policies</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients</li>
