American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of hospital ED experience and TNCC certification.

- Full-service emergency department at a freestanding emergency department (FSED) with 11 beds and 16 staff members
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 13-week assignment
- Staffing matrix varies by shift with 2 RNs at 7am, 3 RNs at 11am, and 2 RNs at 7pm
- Patient ratios vary based on unit census
- Uses Meditech EMR
- Required to work every other weekend with no on-call requirement
- Floating required to Portsmouth ED and Seabrook ED

Requirements\n
- \n
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of hospital-based Emergency Department experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS and/or ENPC
- CEN, CPEN, or TCRN certification preferred
- FSED environment experience preferred
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

- Provide independent, autonomous, and critical-thinking clinical care in a fast-paced full-service ED setting
- Navy blue scrubs required as part of the dress code
- Strong clinical and relational skills needed to support optimal patient care experience
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted
