Bring your expertise in special education to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school students in grades 9-12 as a case manager. This assignment focuses on providing essential service delivery while balancing some administrative responsibilities in a supportive school environment near Derry, NH.

Flexibility is a key feature—choose from a variety of scheduling options that best match your availability. The ideal schedule preference is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), but options for Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, or Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, are also available.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified Special Education Teacher
  • Experience working with students in grades 9-12 preferred
  • Comfortable handling a blend of direct service delivery and paperwork/case management
  • Demonstrated understanding of IEP processes and compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and team members

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a case manager for assigned high school students, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Implement and document individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver specially designed instruction and collaborate with general education staff
  • Provide updates to families and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
