Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct weekly therapy sessions via secure, synchronous video conferencing platforms, delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans and deliver integrated care.
- Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to inform and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Engage in continuous clinical documentation and assessment processes utilizing our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring all patient information is timely and accurately recorded.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, particularly during crises or difficult transitions.
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards, safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals aged 13 and up, couples, and families facing a wide range of issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Our comprehensive focus on mental health allows you to leverage your skills in various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy.
Qualifications\n

- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
- Must possess an active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
