Key Responsibilities\n

- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans by establishing clear goals and tailored interventions in alignment with clients’ unique preferences.
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, providing reassurance and strategic coping mechanisms.
- Deliver psychoeducation to clients, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources in the community.
- Maintain precise and secure client records, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations to meet legal and ethical guidelines.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote client confidentiality while ensuring informed consent is comprehensively explained and respected.
- Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence in interactions with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring inclusive practice.
