BCBA Opportunity in Chelmsford, MA

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing individualized ABA programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will focus on improving behavioral and functional skills, and reducing problem behaviors. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Board Certified Assistive Technology Specialist (BCAT), Board Certified Occupational Therapist (OT), and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and outcome evaluations for clients

  • Develop, implement, and modify ABA programs based on client needs and goals

  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care

  • Provide guidance and training to direct care staff and family members

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, programs, and client progress

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy setting (entry-levelBCBAs welcomed!)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
