This position is designed for professionals who prefer a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Our telehealth model enables therapists to engage with patients in a comfortable and confidential virtual space. Our team collaborates virtually, sharing insights and resources to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Scheduled work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that respect and consider each patient’s unique cultural and personal background, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address patient-specific issues and promote therapeutic progress.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for sharing experiences and fostering resilience among participants.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring coordinated, holistic care.
- Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to patients experiencing acute psychological distress.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment paths, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and accessibility in patient records.
- Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to stay abreast of evolving best practices in mental health care.
