Responsibilities
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
-
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
-
Support nursing staff with daily care activities
-
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
-
Maintain accurate documentation
-
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
-
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications

Active Vermont LNA License
OR
-
Candidates licensed in New York or Massachusetts are encouraged to apply. Full support is provided for license transfer.
