Key Qualifications:
- Relevant credentials or certifications
- Prior experience working in behavioral settings with children required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff
- Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students according to individualized education and behavior plans
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and managing student behaviors
- Encourage a nurturing and positive atmosphere to facilitate student engagement
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team
- Help maintain an organized and safe classroom environment
This full-time position spans five days per week, 32.5 hours weekly, and covers a diverse student population in grades K-12. Compensation is highly competitive, with weekly pay rates ranging from $26 to $32 per hour.
