Exciting opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school students for the 26/27 school year! This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while partnering with a professional, supportive team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:40am–2:00pm, providing early start and early end to your workday.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- DESE certification required
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for serving adolescent learners and supporting their academic and social growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to high school students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Offer guidance and resources to support language and communication development school-wide
