Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school students for the 26/27 school year! This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while partnering with a professional, supportive team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:40am–2:00pm, providing early start and early end to your workday.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
DESE certification required
Demonstrated experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for serving adolescent learners and supporting their academic and social growth

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to high school students in accordance with IEPs
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to all regulatory requirements
Offer guidance and resources to support language and communication development school-wide
