Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
- Document clinical services accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining mental health treatment records in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.
- Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring appropriate resources and referrals are provided.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, in-service training, and program development initiatives to enhance service delivery and foster professional growth.
- Consult with institutional staff regarding client progress, mental status updates, and care strategies to ensure holistic support.
- Contribute positively to the Quality Improvement program by maintaining accountability for services provided, including thorough reporting on client success and areas for improvement.
