Job Description: Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead leads and supports CS Contract Solutions' AR team by providing daily guidance, training, and performance feedback, while monitoring team productivity and workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, and a hands-on approach to developing team members and improving AR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides daily guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Monitors team productivity and workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Assists in training and onboarding new team members on systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Identifies process bottlenecks and implements solutions to improve turnaround time and accuracy
  • Develops and documents standard operating procedures and workflow improvements
  • Delegates tasks based on team priorities and individual strengths to maximize productivity
  • Collaborates with leadership to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors
  • Fosters a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring a team preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
