Step into a fulfilling contract position providing speech-language pathology services at an elementary school near Keene, NH. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP-CCC looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, working closely with school staff and families. The role covers one elementary school building, and you’ll collaborate with a fellow SLP to serve a caseload of 40-45 students.
The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 15, 2027. Your workday runs from 8:00 am to 2:40 pm, with a weekly commitment of 32.5-35 hours, offering a balanced schedule that blends professional impact with personal flexibility.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable providing services both individually and in group settings
- Adept at conducting evaluations, preparing reports, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Relevant state licensure for speech-language pathology (or ability to obtain)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and write detailed, compliant reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain documentation and student progress records in accordance with district policies
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual education goals
- Support students in both 1:1 and group environments
