Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health through virtual consultations, identifying their needs and creating personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate effective individual therapy sessions using therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the client’s specific situation.
- Work collaboratively with clients to determine measurable therapeutic goals and regularly assess their progress towards these objectives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed on evolving therapeutic methodologies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on helping a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
