This travel opportunity is for a Licensed Practical Nurse providing care in a long-term care setting. The assignment is a temporary travel role with a 40-hour guarantee and evening and/or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ health status and monitor changes; document findings accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; observe for adverse reactions and document responses.
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living under supervision.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising RN and care team; contribute to care planning.
- Maintain thorough, compliant charting and medication administration records.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and facility policies; participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont (or eligibility to practice in VT)
- Experience or competency working in a long-term care setting
- Availability to work evening and/or overnight shifts
- Ability to fulfill a 40-hour weekly schedule on a travel assignment
