We are looking for a passionate and creative Activity Director to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Stoughton, Massachusetts
About the Role
As Activity Director, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating engaging activities that promote social connection, emotional well-being, and quality of life for our residents.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with seniors.
Qualifications

Massachusetts Activities Certification required

MA Dementia Certification

Experience working as an Activity Director is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

A genuine passion for working with seniors

Ability to create meaningful, engaging programs for residents
